time to update.. yup yup.. so far itz jux badminton and more badminton.. tell ya a lil bit of the training.. itz reali tiring.. dere is this weird multiple drill tt i haf nv come across.. and back in innova.. i thot the drills then were quite draining.. but woah.. last week.. i got to experiment on this new 'torture' drill.. here goes.. the coach told us at first dere will be 10 sets of multiples.. i was hmm.. a lil sianz.. 10 sets!! i use to do 5 sets previously and it was doubles drill back in innova so u do it wif a partner.. but this time.. u do it alone.. random shuttles given.. u can smash.. net .. drop.. lob wadever u wan.. jux get the shuttle over.. so the first set u start wif 10 random shuttles folo by 20.. till 50.. by then it will be set 5.. so set 6 onwards.. it will be 50 back to 10.. in between the intervals.. u do 10 push ups.. 10 jumps.. 10 combination of both push ups and jumps.. By set 6.. i promise u if u do not feel the court gettin a lil 'bigger'.. i kowtow to u.. one of ma fren puke at set 7.. and can u imagine wif 1 person down.. ur interval time becomes shorter!!..
BUT hey.. tt reali help a lot.. movement about the court is easier now.. recovery rate improve.. almost everything.. looking 4ward to the next badminton session which is on wed.. the best thing.. there are 2 sessions.. : )
exams are over.. but dere is sthing which make it 'incomplete'..
